Marie is a cinematographer with a strong focus on emotional depth and visual storytelling.

Originally from Germany and a graduate of the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF), she began her career in Mexico, working as a cinematographer, camera assistant and photographer.

​

Now based between Mexico and Germany, Marie works internationally across Europe and Latin America, contributing to documentaries, fiction, and commercial productions.

​

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, her global perspective shapes her work, infusing it

with honesty and visual impact. With a keen eye for detail, she brings authentic,

human stories to life.

​

Trained as a diver and surfer, she also specializes in underwater cinematography,

broadening her storytelling techniques.​

 

With the film Via Danisinni she was nominated for the German Cinematography Award 2025.
